Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st January, 2025

At The Studio Touch, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the bespoke and personal nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Alteration Services

  • All alteration services are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of an alteration, we offer one complimentary revision within 7 days of collection.

  • Garments must be returned in their original (clean) condition for any revision.

2. Custom Design Orders

  • Custom design projects are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work and materials used.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before the start of all custom design orders.

  • If a customer cancels a custom design order after work has started, the deposit and any costs already incurred (materials, labour, etc.) will not be refunded.

3. Styling Services

  • Styling consultations (in-person or virtual) are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

  • If you need to reschedule a styling session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate.

4. Online Purchases (if applicable)

  • Items may be eligible for refund within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will offer an exchange, correction, or refund as appropriate.
